what are the loneliest exercises in your gym?

i mean what are the exercises you rarely see people doing? for me it's always been the horizontal bars for chin up and push ups, and push ups too. what about the people in your gym, guys? what is the exercises you rarely see them do?
 
Below parallel squats and shrugs were people don't roll their shoulders.. sounds crazy but its true

ive seen 2 guys do good mornings in one year. its an amazing sight whenever i see them because they are so rare.
 
Idk if I've ever seen anyone do zercher squats... EF challenge: let's see your zercher squats on vid y'all... That is some tuff shit,..

I've seen a guy do this "grip" where he cradles the bar, and walk 30 feet, turn and walk back...

Eh, not really out of shape but just laying low reaping the rewards of years' work ...not too hard to maintain after doing this for so long... So I've been focusing more on my kids and their sports...

I did come off joose a while back... In all honestly I didn't get bloods ran but I 'felt' rwcovered for what its worth... Retained full male functions though libido did take a good hit the first month off... Lost a little size but nothing to cry about... No real loss on my competitive lifts maybe 10-25 lbs so I'm right there...


Will be starting up a cycle soon though :evil:
 
Snatches, skull crushers, proper squats, actual cleans, curls without using their back, good mornings, proper t bar rows, shrugs, barbell lunges, AND NO ONE DOES KETTLEBELL WORK EVER!!!

People at my gym only do bench, shitty curls, and quarter squats. It makes me sick to think I share space with them :/

the rural areas of the country you won't find many strong athletes at gyms.. go to south florida, NYC, LA or some other more urban areas and the competition is pretty stiff.

I think that's just because there are simply more people. I have lived all over the country and have been in huge gyms in Miami and shacks (dungeons) in the rural south. I have seen many beasts in small, simple, even no AC gyms. You don't go into these type gyms to watch a 60" flatscreen and hang out. You fan your way through the chalk dust and heat, workout and get the hell out of there.
 
I only see people do bench, curls that are going to kill their back, and what is suppose to be t bar rows.

So I guess everything involving the lower body and anything with kettle bells is left out.

I only see one guy in there do cleans and snatches and he moves some serious weight. I see like 4 25kg plates on each side of the bar every time.

I went to the University of Kentucky gym and the competition was pretty stiff. The squat racks were always full. I now live in south orange county CA and the competition is stiff here too. The squat racks are never full with people doing squats though.

Also, I agree I have never seen anyone do good mornings and I have seen one person do correct bent over rows from the ground.
 
I do Zercher squats every fryday 3x8 after back squats 5x5.
I imagine I'm getting some funny looks but never notice because I'm too busy holding back the puke.
You know you're doing it right when you rack the bar and take a quick knee to keep from falling out :D

In my Gym it's hack Squats, An full squats, An lord forbid some guy come in an do a skull crusher lol. But when the pro Bodybuilding Diva comes in an wants to do hack squats or squats, All the guys come running to try anhelp her lol. it's so damn funny to watch.
