what are the diet tips?

pretty general, but a good start is to write down everything you eat.

your diet should be high in protein, high in fibre (particularly vegtables), low in fats, etc.
 
Here is a few I try to stick too:

1-Avoid sugar & fat as much as possible
2-Eat vegetables and greens, they slow down the breakdown of carbs
3-Eat more throughout the day when active and less at night time when not so active
4-Fight off cravings. They usually go away within 5min (unless really in need)
5-Drink lots of water. Cold water speeds up the body's metabolism and helps flush out toxins
