For liver take Milk Thistle for Kidneys cranberry juice and cran extract

For the milk-thistle I would take 250mg three times a day and that should help the liver a little!

I heard it comes in a nasty liquid, but I have it is a gelcap form. I get it from a vitiman place that I get all my other vitimans from but you can get it at any Vit Shop or health food store etc......

Its funny that nobody mentioned Dandelion Root. It great for BOTH the liver and kidneys, although it has a diuretic effect.

All of the above are correct. For liver support you should definitely use some Milk thistle and cranberry extract (I use in pill form). You can also use some Liv-52 which is also pretty good (I have never used it) But increase the water intake which is crucial. Good Luck
