That's a clean. The difference between a clean and a power clean is that in a power clean you don't catch the bar in such a deep squat. You still squat/dip down, but only a slight bend of the knees and definately not below paralell.

There must be plenty of videos/explanations of power cleans around. In future, try a search, both of the forums and google.
 
I do a modified version of a clean, I don't dip past parrallel, and my feet never leave the ground. Really targets my back and shoulders, I do this is substitution of deadlifts every other week or so. I do clean and press to get blood flowing at the end of most shoulder workouts.
