4 sets of 50 crunchs

4 sets of 25 lying leg lifts

4 sets of 25 hanging leg lifts

The hanging leg lifts are crucial.

If you can do them keeping your legs straight then go for it!!

Most people can't you gotta bend your legs. Pull your knees up to your chest.
