I'd also add, that at this stage in the game, you're doing WAY too much cardio... and at the wrong times... either lift or do cardio... don't do them both in one session, especially w/o eating first or between... you'll just end up catabolizing the muscle that you are working so hard to build which will catch up to you in the form of a slowed metabolism...
rest is a VERY important factor that you are neglecting... give your body at least two days off a week... save the marathon daily cardio sessions until a later stange in the game when you have the muscle to loose... if you're a cardio junkie (as some of ya are), do 3-4 a week MAX... if you must do cardio after you lift, keep it so 20-30 min MAX (even that I personally wouldn't do)
and, as new said... EAT.... food is the most anabolic substance you can take period...
