well in my opinion alot of what we do is geared towards powerlifting,but depends how deep into it you get.there are alot of things we do that would make you stronger,but depends on you goals.if you are more in to BB than i would get familar with westside and pick a couple of the exercises and try them.if you are more towards BB you would obviously not want to turn 100% westside cause as a BB you train with differnet exercises and reps and are after a different goal.BUT,you can incorporate some of the WS exercises into your workout and see how you like them.
