westside routine

how this routine? havent started westside yet, still reading all i can before i start.

mon dynamic bench
bench press 10x3reps 60% 1rep max, 3grips used
skull crushers 4x8reps
front raises 3-6sets 5-8reps
pull ups same
a few hammers

tue dynamic squat/dead
speed squat 8x2reps 55% max
SLDL 4x6reps
weighted crunches
weighted hypers

thurs ME bench
close grip incline work up to 1rep max
dumbbell extentions 3-6sets 8-12reps
dumbell rows same
side and rear laterals 2-3sets each 10reps

fri ME squat
good mournings work up to a 1 or 3rep max
zeachers 3-6sets 5-8reps
pull throughs 3x8reps
pull down abs
leg raises

how does this look? are my days correct? are the exercises correct? should i add or switch anything? i will switch the ME exersices every 3weeks tops.

my gym does not have a box, rev hyper, or glute ham raise.

feel free to rip it apart, its only a rough draft. thanx for the help!
 
You shouldnt use the same exercises week in week out......switch up the ME exercises everyweek (or couple weeks...or for the advanced every week)
the assistance work should be done by feel and switched every so offten

the dynamic days will always be bench and box squats

I personally don't like to train biceps the same day as tricep never saw an increase I would switch your biceps if you do them once a week to dynamic squat day if you do them twice then on both leg days.

Endpoint those first four are in my favorites now :D . But damn I was going to post those last two you did but no point in me doing it now. Upset I do have one that is from some other teen on here that posts and it's his workout I was checking it out yesterday it looks really good and man I feel week for 17 compared to him, I guess I know how hard and smart I have to train now, if not he might beat me to the world record at my goal 19.

thanks for the replies. im still learning all i can about this routine and the links helped! ill be switching ME exercises about every week or 2 and also frequently changing the assistance exercises. this was just an idea of what i wanted to do for my first week trying this routine. any other comments would be great! thanks again
