That's what I'm thinking. I gained ~15lbs in 6 weeks just by ramping up my calories and training harder and getting more sleep than usual. This guy could have gained the weight he claims without gear. I'm guessing he started training harder and eating bigger under the assumption he was taking real gear. Throw in the Arim and consider he probably had plenty of natural potential left...I don't doubt his story as much as some of you. I'm sure some of that weight is fat also...maybe not a lot, but 3-5 lbs of fat along with 12-15lbs muscle is possible.
