Bro right now with your face messed up from the brawl I seriously doubt you can get a job on a hotel, nonetheless present yourself nicely, hair and eyebrows nicely trimmed and a clean shaved face, heck disguise those wounds with some makeup if you must, presention is everything, oh and seriously that's not gay :).

Its going pretty good, the anavar suppresses my appetite a bit so its easier to diet. im expieriencing slight anxiety though from the cycle. im at 158 from 163, i only started dieting hard march 1st, my bodyfat is at approximately 8-9% now, trying to get to 5-6% by middle of june. I see youre training hard, some days i dont feel like going to the gym as well, but i just get in the car and start driving. im doing 6 days a week. what cycle are you running now?

The knee prob is manageable. It is mostly superficial and work related I have determined. However, I pulled something in my upper back, trap area that is really causing problems, and the worst part is the way i sleep with my arms over my head makes it worse. I finally just took a week off. Bench pressing was painful as hell. I also have numbness all over. I think my CNS has just been used, bruised, and abused. I'm staying off the weight for a week but keeping up with stretching and hoping I can get back to business next week a little.

I don't mind cycles of high rep workouts. The only thing I am stuck on is keeping them in the context of a 3 day, legs/push/pull/assitance format. I actually find some things, like my bench press, respond better in sets of 8-10.

If I had only three days a week I would do full body workouts like the HST in the vault sticky. 2 weeks high reps (15) 2 weeks moderate (10reps) 2 weeks sets of 5 and 2 weeks heavy stuff, then 2 weeks rest (strategical deconditioning) :artist:. The first month should help the healing process and give a break to the CNS.

yeah bro still a little dizzy. those three in the same workout i like it, it's more like me than a traditional body split, still far from ur strength gains though.

Actually the one arm row had me all pumped up, 145lb per arm even on a machine it's a forearm killer :biggrin:, i'm going for four 20kg plates per side while off cycle :evil:

Ah well the one arm db rows I did started to ache the forearms but only at maybe the 8th rep so I only had two more reps so they didnt get pumped up. RDL is the biggest challenge for my forearms cuz I use 15kg plates like you reccomended to the bar doesnt touch the floor, but even then my forearms just fail and i drop it they dont get pumped.

Behind the back wrist curl gives me the best pump :evil:

What exercises did you do for the forearms?

You should try behind back wrist curl, farmers walk, one arm bb bar hold (killer on obliques too) and axle bar hold for time. They are my favourites bro...

forearms will develop the more you clean, deadlift, clean and jerk, all the big compound olympic lifts will make them huge. and doing back all the time. ask bk or SL or traz.

I think I can nail the 505 on a month let us see....

Going from 395 to 505 on the DL in one month will get you a Gold Star! And I will have to force you to put your recipe for that up here.

505 was one of those weights for me that took a long time to pull. I coul6 get 495 and 515, but for some reason when 505 was on the bar, it was like someone turned on the floor magnets.

Last time peaked I did 470lbs, so I think I can manage something here, if not in a month, I will definetely do so when I'm back on cycle, if I don't hurt myself trying.

Had fun on squats, but nicht so gut on deads, I tried a close stance (foot wide) which changed my leverage completely and felt weird on my right side ribs, belt also caused friction burn on my fat belly's skin, hopefully better next time, but not so sure if I will make my 500 goal.

I was also a bit wasted from the previous squats, so maybe that's why my deads suffered a bit :)
 
Today I got my kit of PL bands (red, green and blue) from APT pro gear and Tommy Kono knee sleeves, from now on Tuedays will D.E squats and M.E deads and Fridays vice-versa.

Usually on pulldowns I go with the forearm perpendicular with the upper arm tops or narrower if I go any wider I have to really decrease weight because shoulders start popping. Back day are one of my favourite. Yeah my regular gym as 125lbs dumbells, on weekends I go to one where it has 145s, those are sick :evil::evil::evil:

Fuck the allergies are killing me wanted to have a longer workout, but I was with headaches, hot-cold and couldn't breath right! Still I met my goals for squats and bench for this workout.
 
Sorry if you mentionned it somewhere but i was just wondering what was your 1 rep max for bench press, squat and deadlift when you started compared to now

When I started the journal? It's hard to tell because I was on cycle at the beginning of the journal then I went off cycle and lost some strength, got injured, it's all here, but yeah I got some improvements anyway, specially at full depth squats and also upper back thickness and width. My bench it's the weakest point ever, but it's slowly going up.

good job bro. keep pushing hard. youre bench will go up. i barely used to be able to bench a 45 on each side. now im repping 2 plates on each side.

Nothing else, don't feel like working out lately, so I'm just going to the gym and do stuff that's 100% effective.
 
Maybe de-load?

I started one this week. Almost waited too long. Everything felt twice as heavy as usual but it takes care of that 'I don't want to go to the gym' feeling.
