Weigted Dips

I just got back from the gym, and i must say weighted dips give the best pump for your tri's. Maa, I feel like they grew two inches!!!

Yeah, I completely agree. Dips are probably the best excercise out there for the Tri's, and I still think that they're the "Upper-Body Squat". In any case, how did you do them? With two benches, (i.e. hands on a bench behind you, and legs on the bench in front of you, weight plate across your thighs) or did you do them on a dipping rack?

Yep weigthed dips kick ass, but be very carefull. A few year's ago I slipped a disc in my lower back which put me out of training for awhile. After a few weeks of being bored stupid I tried weighted dip's for a complete upper body workout, I could'nt manage anyother exercise. Anyway the end result of lots and lots of weighted dips was bigger arms, shoulder's and chest and two completely fucked up elbow joints !. Now I've been suffering 'tennis elbow' for about 5 year's because of it. Although I still love them in both my tricep routine and at the end of my chest routine.
