Weight loss advice

I was wondering what I should change to maximum my weight loss. Currently I weigh 203 pounds and 5'9 (was 215 when started). I'm 30 years old and my ultimate goal is to be tone and cut. I have been been on a 1,000-1,200 calorie diet. My exercises consist of weights(4-6 reps of bench, 4-6 reps of arm pulls), cardio 30 min of elliptical intensity of 8, 30 min of cycling intensity of 8, and about 15-20 min of treadmill(run hard 1 min walk 3-4 min), 100-200 crunches, 25 pushups. I have been doing this everyday 7 days a week for the past 4 weeks. I lost about 10 pounds the first 2 weeks and the past 2 weeks only about 2 pounds. I started reading that I might be overdoing it so I decided to take a day off today.. Any advice will be helpful. Thank you.
