Weight Gain

I kinda busted in on JLo's post..

Sorry about that...I was just so exited I couldn't contain myself :D

Phem:

I have a horribly SLOOOOOOOW metabolism and I gain weight at the drop of a hat (BAD weight, folks). I would be scared to eat that much initially.

But I will look into adding a shake in the afternoon to help control the urge to eat everything in sight as I fix dinner!

I guess i kinda butted in too with my own question...sorry on my part too, but Voodoo, i am like you and have a slow metabolism and get the munchies around the evening before bed, and i do have a shake in the evening to curve those munchies i get before bed and it really does help.
Ok JLo...sorry, i had to add that for voodoo, now back to you.
