I have a female friend who wanted to gain weight she is 5'7 125pds 18, what advise would you give her in gaining mass, naturally. And what excersie would you recommend her doing to stay tone , i think she want to weigh 140.
basically she should eat more, this tends to scare women but if she eats low fat food its not bad. low fat food with a lot of carbs and protein, with the training she should just do more reps with a little less weight, this is a great way for women to get toned muscles. also I would recommend creatin and maybe a protein shake.
