Weider Fat Burners...

I just got a bottle of Weider Fat Burners with Chromium Picolinate & Herbs for free. I was wondering if anyone has taken them and if they are as effective as ephedrine free Xenadrine and Hydroxycut.

The ingredients are: dextrose, silicon dioxide, magnesium sterate, and coating (dextrin, dextose, sodum carboxymethylcellulose, sodium citrate)

Gradefruit extact 50mg
Cayenne powder 20mg

I remember buying this from Costco a few years back and trying it out. I was using it between two cycles of ECA that was doing.

I can recall that it didn't really help me lose any more fat (I was pretty trim at the time to begin with). But strange as it may be, it seemed like it helped me maintain the weight I was at.

Xenadrine EFX is ephedrine free...people find it amazing. ECA isnt youre only way around it. Im not down with heart beats being skipped.
