Hey quick Q. I know cutting/alcohol dont mix AT ALL.

so, would it be beneficial to still eat 3k caloris if im gonna be drinking early to night.

Im going upstate and everyone will be drinking like mad.

So imma have some fun too!

just wondering about the food, i luckily cooked mad chicken for the work week and could easily bring some up
 
Keep protein high, take any antioxidant and vitamin supps you have at the end of the night, maybe 1/2 way through if it's a LONNNNG time...that's about all i would reccomend, keep carbs low until you eat pizza late night :chomp:

Hey, your right, no carb weekend for me. Well ill keep em low lol

I like my stomach right now, but i cant let this get in the way of my FUN FUN. Once in a while aint gonna kill me.

Plus i still got the best bod of all the dudes going lmao. Thank GOD!

Plus im going up there with some rich friends, real close so its gonna be real fun, hopefully he has a pool and shit.

Maybe get some good secret feelups from some of the dudes gfs i dont know lol
 
Dont worry about it. Its not like 1 night of drinking is going to fuck up all the work you have done. Just make sure you get right on track. Do some cardio in the morning.... kinda works it off for me. Youll be fine. Get good and shit faced for me.
 
Try a good B complex before you start drinking, one or so more during depending on how long you drink, and one after. This will help to alleviate the hangover, etc.

Oh yeah, and don't not eat. Your body still needs to be fed.
 
Don't forget to plug ur drinks into fitday :worried:
