Started today on week 2 of the ol' old school routine.
deadlifts - took corns advice to warmup for 2 sets first. i also decided to do 5x5 instead of 1x20. it felt awesome.
1x10 135
1x5 185
2x5 225
1x5 245
OH press - added more weight from last week. i got all 3 of my sets with 155, not much of a problem. looks like its 165 next week.

3x5 155
squats - decided to switch it up with 1x20 with 135. seemed kinda light, even for me ... but it was feeling good.
calves - threw a couple 45s on, did 2x15. my calves were on fire.
this monday i was feeling real good, especially on my deads. in 2 weeks, im hoping to get at least one set for five reps with 255. im sure i can pull it off, if this progress keeps, er, progressing. thanks cornholio for all your help bro. oh, im also 168 lbs. so, ive potentially gained a pound. awesome!
