week 5 pics....

I started at 203 in my skivies at 8-10% bf and I am 225 now at 10%....it is all in the loves...I put 2 inches in my waist while eating whatever i could semi clean...it was 34, now 36...i want to get to 32 or 33 and maintain my mass...should be accomplishable since I train heavy anyhow....my arms were 17 and now a solid 19+ un pumped...quads grew 4 inches from what they were....my max went up 50 pounds already to 450 from 400 when i started....dead max right now is 560 +/- 5 pounds and my max squat is 425.....so, I am on my way...I will be doing a strictly bulk cycle in 15 weeks...just for powerlifting.......

Sounds like you've made some killer gains! Good Luck with the rest of your cycle! Post pics again when you're finished. By the way, how tall are you?
