Heres an update for anyone who cares.. i finished a sust d/bol cycle about 2 1/2months ago in which i gained about 27lbs of kept mass. i was amazed on how much water i held during it. that made my weight 197. i dieted down to 189 before starting this cycle, getting my bf to roughy the same as before i started my first cycle.

i am very pleased so far and i am only finished week one. i have gotten a bit more vascular and defined.
i am eating about 2200-2500 calories a day and doing 30-60 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week
