I used to smoke but don't any more. I used to smoke (a couple of hits) before I left my house to go to the gym I had a 20 minute drive to the gym and when I got there I was so fucking tuned in it was on I would train like a wild man. I always train as hard as I can but when I smoked I would be much more focused. Smoke up guys. I personally like a good stong smoke..be4 heavy leg workout..makes the pain bearable..and lets me go beyond the pain..and do many more lbs than without. A weekend smoke is also very nice.

I may be comining in November! Ahh that special time of year! Cannibus Cup time! I smoke daily and i do before some workouts too. It does not give me a pump but a cup of coffee and 50mg of Ephedrine HCL and my metal tunes!!! BAM! It also keeps me from getting sick to my stomach during the workout. I train heavy and really fast (always done in 1 hour) so my blood gets acidic and I get nausious. SP? But all and all I am all about it!
