It is relevant as it lends credibility to claims of him being a bad kid and mindset at time of incident.
If he was setting up a drug deal with guns etc dont you think that makes zimmermans claims that he was beat up sound more credible? Or do punk thugs always just walk down the street saying "Yessir" and "No sir"?
The facts of the case will be known one way or another, as much as the media does not want it
Leaving the safety of your Vehicle, against 911 instructions, chasing after someone WITH A GUN IN YOUR HAND, then shooting them hardly qualifies as self defense. It doesn't matter if the kid was Hitler.
We now know that Zimmerman was injured by Martin. That no witness challenges Zimmerman's account.
That Martin was a "gangsta" (his own words!). That Martin did not call for help. Even with a cell phone in his hands, he didn't call 911. There is a reason they didn't charge Zimmerman until politics got involved. They have no case.

Two people fight and one gets killed - you know they are going to use self defense. So you must have evidence that it wasn't . Please cite any evidence that it wasn't. You can't. You have got to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Something like a witness, or physical evidence.
Forget the character of these two - seems like they both have issues - but how would you DISPROVE what Zimmerman said happened? I have yet to hear that. Be honest, with no new evidence, they decided to charge him for political reasons months later. That's just not how it works. When they have a good case, they charge rapidly, or when they get new evidence.

This is a case of Zimmerman's defense attorneys poisoning the jury pool in FL. That evidence would never be admitted in court so they got it released to the press prior to the trial.

You should not be able to start a fight, get your ass kicked, then shoot someone in self defense. If that's the case, I have a list of people I'm gonna start a fight with while armed.

Yeah, that might be pretty simple, except it's not that simple. Martin was basically curb stomping Zimmerman a la American History X. Doesn't matter if he got out of his car and followed Martin on foot, however stupid that may have been, if the guy you're chasing starts beating the fuck out of your head.
having said that, Zimmerman doesn't have a chance in Hell. The jury will be all black, you can count on that, and there's no fucking way they're going to let Zimmerman walk. He'll get the death penalty.

I can't wait for that either. There's a mountain of evidence that says we'll just find another selection criteria to bunch-up around, but at least we'll get off the skin color issue.
