Mysterio is CORRECT. i wouldn't recommend smoking before a workout though. after, of course.

In High School I used to get stoned right out of my gourd before our football team worked out - I remember how laxy I felt when I was sitting on that incline bench "I'm just gonna do six - tell me if coach is coming..." Gave up all weed and alcohol six years ago and now people are guessing my age at 27 (I'm 33).

There's nothing you can do to make me change my mind on this issue. The comment "jump off the bridge, duuuude" really just strengthens my thoughts.

And actually, I haven't asked for advice from anyone on this board.
