i've had arguments with people about gloves over the years but guys have 100% of the time come back to me and said i was right
when you wear gloves you will create imbalances in your hands, wrists, forearms and even going up your arm.
you should not wear them with weight training, even as a female
the solution to not getting your hands ripped up is to keep doing it.. eventually your hands will strengthen where you don't get that problem. i have very powerful hands and grip strength due to years of weight training without gloves.
