O.K. so beyond my control (mostly), I go on a trip for 9 days. On the trip I subjected myself for both convenience sake, and because I haven't done it in a loooong time, to eating a TON of pizza, smoked meat sandwiches, fries, fried chicken, poutine (guess where I was Canadians?), a TON of breads, soda pops, and about a million other calorie laden, fast-food goodies loaded with grease and trans fat.
I get back into my excersise today starting with a cardio day and a couple of sets on the weights just to remind my muscles that they still work for me and they weren't fired or anything.
I step on the scale.
I LOST 5 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!
WDF???
This was not a day or so, but 9, yes NINE days where I did absolutely NO EXCERSISE AT ALL. Mostly sitting in a hospital chair (not me) or on a couch. All I basically did and looked forward to was pigging out on garbage!
Of course I'm not mad or anything, I'm actually delighted! However at the same time I'm baffled.
Does this mean now that I'm eating clean again, I'm going to "gain weight"...lol! I hope not...
Can anyone explain this???
