stats-----24 years old. 5'11''. 200lbs. Not sure on the bf%, probably around 13-15%. Maybe you guys will have a better idea where im at bf wise.

cycle will be as follows----
1-4 Dbol 30mg/day Today I did 10mg upon rising and 20mg about 2 hours before workout.
1-6 Test E 500mg/week I may extend it to 7 weeks. We'll see as that time gets closer
Creatine Throughout cycle. OR at least for the first 4 weeks than during PCT as well

pct---starting 2 weeks after last pin
8-12 PostCycle/Unleashed combo
8-12 Fadogia Agrestis 1000mg/day
8-12 Clomid 25mg/day

I will be low dosing Forma throughout cycle and most likely into PCT.

Goal----As much clean mass as possible

Training will be an FST-7 based routine. Concentrating on building strength in the 6-10 rep range for the first 4 weeks so I will be able to use heavier weight for the final 4 weeks in the 10-15 rep range.

Monday- Legs(Hams in the morning, quads at night)
Tuesday- Calves and Chest (calves first)
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- Abs and Back (abs first)
Friday- Calves and Shoulders (calves first)
Saturday- Abs, Bi's and Tri's (abs first)
Sunday- OFF

I will post up my complete training routine for each muscle group on each training day, with weight used and all that.

what do you guys think of my dbol dosing?

Genuinely cannot wait to see the improvement in 7 weeks. Definitely don't wanna cycle Test for longer? I know a lot of people would say 10-12 weeks. But if your happy you'll get the bulk you want, then smash it.

Ya im sure alot of guys will tell me to extend the test. I may for a week. But I really just want to kill it and hit it hard for 2 months, than get off and have a nice easy, speedy recovery to run another shorty in a few months. I know its kinda the general consensus saying short cycle=short ester. But lets see I guess. Only one way to find out.
 
Yeh definitely ^^ And there's nothing wrong with running it that way. Yeh short ester might have been a better idea, but 6 weeks should suffice. Well, looking forward to seeing the outcome pictures again at final results? And weekly stats? Really curious to see how the short cycle turns out!

why the change in rep range the last 4 weeks? you also look a little leaner than 13-15% if I had to guess maybe more around 12%? you gonna get it tested?

well I think I have some fat calipers somewhere but I hear there not the most accurate thing in the world. and I hear those bod-pod things are ridiculously expensive. So probably not....lol

and about the rep range. I actually never go below eight. I have been doing 8-12 for god knows how long now. So for the first 4 weeks I will be training in a lower rep range than Im used to, hopefully this will stimulate new growth and aid in greater strength gains. Than when I go back to my normal rep range, I will be able to use heavier weight, hence, build more muscle. Thats the theory anyway.
 
Brother Test enanthate starts doing its job around wk 5 don't cut it out,whats the point? get the most outta that test cycle for at least 8-10 Weeks at least. the worse that can happen is you put on an extra 5 lbs of muscle.

If you wanted a shorter cycle you would have been much better with test prop.

Ya im just thinking recovery will be easier with the short cycle. And I mean if I extend it to 7 weeks, with the 2 weeks waiting leading up to PCT after your last injection, thats still a month of benefits. (week6-9).

But who knows, I may extend it.

Ya my gym is pretty small and basic. Its not a big "name brand" gym like Golds or anything. Just a small town gym. They have one of those handheld electric fat caliber things that measure the electric impulses or whatever. I may ask to use it tomorrow. Not sure how accurate those are though.

This workout kicked my fuckin ass. I am really not use to the lower rep range. I feel its harder to really feel the muscle working and squeeze it instead of just moving the weight. I really need to be careful with any sort of deadlift movement or bent-over exercise because of a nagging back "thing". I just try to go as heavy as I can while actually feeling the muscle working and using as strict form as I can.

you would be better off busting those abs with lots of reps, adding weight will make those ab muscles bigger and the intermuscular fat in the ab area will make your stomach look larger.

IMO prop will be a better choice for shorter cycle.

Your bf would be around 14-15%

I do do high reps for abs usually. But I threw in the weighted machine this time. Im actually trying to make my abs a little larger. Even when I diet down very lean, my abs are just not very deep and defined. Im not going to continue using weight for abs. Just until I get a little more muscle in the area than I will do as needed just to maintain.

Going for a little more Ahmad Haidar look in the abs. Although not that much development. lol

Completely understandable, I never use over 10 lbs on leg raises and at 5 i will do at least 40 reps. but i'll never go over that.

I usually do 300 reps twice a wk ,most with no weight.
 
no point in running creatine with dbol IMO and I'd throw in another oral to end it personally test only gives me libido no size

I was wanting to run creatine during the whole cycle if I can. Not sure how much I have. But I remember a Thread by Needto talking about why creatine is beneficial on cycle. And I have some lying around so I figured why not.

I was actually thinking of throwing another oral in at the end. I have some 19-Tren TFO lying around so I was thinking it might be perfect. Its non-methyl and suppose to be good for hardening up and fat burning.
 
It's up to you but if you use creatine on cycle you won't appreciate it half as much when you come off... because like everything you need to do it in cycles or it loses effectiveness, save it for when you come off to cushion the crash post cycle

best idea yet then you bulk and cut in one cycle you will put on size while burning fat on any form of tren :evil:

I noticed I was stronger than last shoulder workout and my endurance has increased slightly as well. Pumps are getting better. But its only day 4 so Im assuming the pumps will become even more pronounced by next week. Never ran Dbol before, but up 6 pounds in 4 days....im expecting big things. Granted im sure its mostly water weight at this point. I am looking fuller already though so we'll see.

Dbol works absolute miracles for some people, If you hit your PCT right, which i have no doubt you will, you can expect to keep nearly all your gains.

6 lbs a week x 6 weeks = 36lbs increase? LOL I know it will vary. But we can all hope :D

Ya that would be nice. lol But hopefully I dont start gettin MOON FACE. I dont want too much water retention. I have been running Forma 5 pumps pm/daily so we'll see how it goes, I can always increase dosage.
 
Honestly I have run dbol(Naps and Anabol) since my second cycle and I have never really gotten the moon face with it.....only do I start to get the moon face when Deca is introduced does the full moon come out.
 
Nice workout bro. Great numbers. I've never ran dbol so of you can monitor and log interesting things you notice from doing it. That would be great. I think my next cycle might just be a good ol test and dbol.

So next leg workout will have a few other exercises thrown in for quads.

Had a F-in CRAZY pump. Looked pretty Massive. Early workout for me today and weighed in at 207 with one meal in me. So thats good. I should be at least 210 by the end of next week. Hoping to see at least 220 on the scale before the DBOL is dropped.

For those of you that have ran D-bol, what happens to the strength gains once you drop it? I mean im running 500mg/test per week. Can I expect to keep getting stronger once I drop the dbol, or does the strength usually drop off?
 
Strength didn't drop. But noticeable water weight loss, roundness from muscles, specifically Bicep lost.

Dropped 5lbs at the end of the cycle. Although considering it was over 20lb gain it's fine. But 100% kept all lift increases.

I've ran Dbol many times and i doubt you'll loose any strength as long as you keep hammering at it, Plus the Forma not only combats bloat it also has anabolic properties so thats another plus!

Weight is up to 212, thats 12 pounds in 7 days. I def look alot fuller and rounder.

So I'll being doin some front squat videos for sure. Sorry to disappoint if you were looking to see me back squat. I know I wouldnt be puttin up your kinda numbers on em tho.....lol

I may hit somewhere around 3 wheels on front squats. But probably not much more than that. Who knows though.......thanks for droppin by bro

you may want to give zercher's a shot then, much lower center of gravity on the back = less strain... very quad dominant for a squat variation as well...
imo its as close of a freeweight version of the leg extension as possible...

If its what im thinking those are, I tried them a few years back and hated em too. Front squats are actually really comfortable for me and they feel more natural. So I'll probably just stick to those.

Front squats are the shit bro.
Just keep smashin those quads with fronts and you'll be glad you did.
 
I love doing my front squats on the smithy machine. Alot less strain on the lower back. Normal squats I do on the rack.
I would go insane if I couldn't do squats man, they are the best for natural growth hormone release.

Ya. I was going back and forth between that and the D-bol. Ive had some dbol laying around for a while. And Ive never ran it before so I figured I would give it a try.

so far im liking it tho. Up about 12 pounds in the first week with a noticable strength increase.

Legs were F-IN DEMOLISHED. The routine im following Im suppose to do Hack Squats after the Front Squats. But that is just too much volume for me right now. I have never trained legs on a consistant basis anyway. So even this workout is kicking my ass and having me limp around for days. So til I stop limping after this workout, im gonna limit my pressing movements to 2 a workout.

Not sure about the weird feeling on my tricep, near my elbow. Kinda hurt, felt weird and scared me. So I didnt push myself too hard today.

Weight was 217 today. I'll be over 220 by the end of the week. My heaviest weight ever was 218, so I will best that this cycle.

Dbol pumps are pretty amazing. Lovin the DBOL. Im not nearly as bloated looking on the dbol as I was on the Diesel V.1. And HONESTLY, Im not even really using the Forma. Ill do 5 pumps pm, every other day right now. But Im not looking bloated and dont feel any nipple sensitivity or anything like that so Im thinkin I dont need it and will actually be better off without using it right now.

any thoughts on that?^^^

But some hot girl was on the leg press next to me...gave me a lil more motivation to be a beast. lol Got her number after the workout by the way. lol :dance2::dance2::dance2:

Actually felt like a pretty good workout considering the low volume. Gym closed early today so this is all I could do.

I did legs while travelling 2 weeks ago and I couldn't walk for 4 days every step was a hell I couldn't even bend my leg as this small amount of stretching felt like it's tearing apart. love the feeling !

ya it gets pretty bad for me sometimes too. Calves are the worst. After a hard calve workout i will be limping around for a couple days at least.

I know the feeling, i was holding the clutch in at the red light, suddenly my leg started shaking,it's a 79 jeep golden eagle with a 290 degree competition cam and i couldn't hold it any longer when it turned green i had to just let go ,needless to say it didn't stall out, but everytime the cam turned over it barked the tires several times before i started to get going!lol!

Weighing right around 220. This is the last week on D-bol. Than I may throw in the Tren-TFO since its a non-methyl Im not worried about the HepaToxicity. Next week I will changing my routine to a slightly higher rep range, about 8-12, 10-15 depending on the exercise. Still feel like im getting stronger which is nice on the 4th week I usually start to plateau.

Kind of an easy workout. Pushed myself on squats but thats about it. Got a good pump and hit a pr on front squats. Cant complain I guess.

Gonna hit shoulders and maybe some hams/glutes tomorrow.
 
2 legs at a time. But its a independant machine so each leg has its own place for weight. Ya not a big fan of heavy leg extensions. I just try to go slow and REALLY SQUEEZE the shit out of my quads. I never lock out either and I never go down all the way. If you imagine 4 sections of the range of motion, I keep it to the middle 2, slightly into the last section of the range of motion short of lock out. I think the lock out is what puts so much pressure on the knee and any joint, tendon for that matter.

I think of leg ext more of as a warm up and a finisher.

D-bell shoulder press: 65x10, 65x10, 65x8, 80x8, 90x8, 105x8, 120x4 NEW PR, heaviest dumbell the gym has. Pretty happy although I think I could of gotten one more, kickin em up was a bitch. lol

Pretty good shoulder workout. I popped something in my neck on shoulder presses. Hopefully it wont be too bad in the morning. It kind of kept me from going to heavy on anything after presses. O well shit happens when your throwing around heavy weight sometimes. lol

after 4 weeks of reps mostly in the 6-8 range, this week I started phase 2 consisting mostly of reps in the 10-12 range sometimes as high as 15.

Behind-the-neck Pulldowns: 4 sets of 12 at about 120lbs, caution on these for the shoulder joint
Reverse Grip Pulldowns: 2 sets of 12 at 150lbs I believe
Close-grip Pulldowns:2 sets of 12 with the same weight
Bent-Over Rows Reverse-Grip: 135x12, 185x12, 205x10
T-Bar Rows: 70x12, 85x12, 95x10
Hammer Strength Rows: 140x12, 190x10, 190x12

weighed in at 222. tomorrow is my last day on d-bol. Tomorrow is an off day so I think I will just wait to use my last 30mg before an arm workout or something:evil:
 
Hey sorry guys for not posting for a while. My computer took a dump on me and I only have access to a computer when I go to my parents house. lol

So as of updates.....

Ive hit a new PR on flat bench....350. Was kinda surprised as I havent tried anything like that in a while.

Shoulder pressed the 120's for a few reps. Uploaded the video. first one and gettin em up was awkward, The guy in the back spotting me didnt even help except for maybe a tiny bit on the last one. Kinda wish he didnt touch me at all. O well, pretty good reps I think.

Weight is up to 228 in pretty good shape. Visible 6 pack abs baby. :biggrin:

Off the injections. Still finishing up the TFO these last 2 weeks than gonna start PCT.

Took a few pics with my buddies phone. I will try and upload those soon. I will be doing more videos and pictures in the next two weeks before I start PCT. I should be looking even leaner.

Would like to get 350 on film as well as some squatting and some back and arm work as well. Compilation video perhaps. :evil:

I took these on the 17th of April 2012.

I have been off all Sports Enhancement Technology medications for roughly 7 weeks now. :evil:

Recovery regimen was weak I have to admit. Yet, recovery seems decent. Holding around 215 despite not training for almost a week and not having perfect nutrition. Strength isnt dropping too bad either. I will post up a few videos and keep up with this log in the future from time to time. Post up pics of my legs tomorrow too. haha I need to start thinkin of my legs more.

PS just went back to your first page...that routine work well for you? I liked the sound of it. My favorite routine I've ever run had me working up to 15 reps with heavy weight, I've never seen such drastic results in both strength AND the mirror.

Ya I really wanna see how my stats are too. Im not sure where my tape went so I will have to use the gyms. I will do some measurements on thursday.

I think the routine worked really well for me. I hit PR's on pretty much everything, including a 350 bench. I was happy with that.

And Ya know, I was really hoping to keep more weight than this, but if I can keep 10 pounds a cycle, and run 2 cycles a year. I'll be happy with that progress. And I dont think I'll have a problem staying around 215 til next time.

ya. Obviously it wouldnt be all muscle. but without adding too much bf, I think its close to possible. Good goal to shoot for with 2, maybe 3 cycles a year anyway. And Im still a Gear Noob and havent used over 500mg/wk injections yet. So I think once I throw in some Deca or even just up the test a little, Ill take it to the next level. haha:evil:

And ya I plan on competing.

Honestly, I would love to earn my pro card within the next 10 years. If I cant do it in that time, I need to focus on something else. It may be wishful thinking, but If I dont believe I can do it, who will?

I think I will be competing at the national level within the next 5 years for sure. I may do a show in october if I can afford it.

But I kinda just wanna come out of nowhere and be a monster. lol So I might not compete til im a solid, legit heavyweight. Since im so tall (5 10, 5 11) I wouldnt be gettin that pro card unless I was a super heavy. 225+ on stage. Really just depends on my progress and funds when I will compete

And I agree. And I think I could do well in competition. I just dont wanna be like, "I WILL be pro someday." The national level is F-in stacked with great bb'ers. Im just going to try and be the best MY BODY can be. If that happens to translate to a pro card in the future....that would be great.

but for now....I have a long way to go and alot more work to do. haha
