I have been doing several different experiments when it comes to combating test flu. and i am not saying that there is a science but for the past 3 cycles i have done by doing the same thing I have been able to avoid getting test flu and also have kept most of my gains.
1. drink 1 gallon of water a day while on cycle- this is a must!! out of all the things i have experimented with this is the most important. if your not keeping your body hydrated you are not only putting a strain on your kidneys but you are also putting a strain on the rest of your body, which lowers immune systems.
2. take a multivitamin- this was added on my past three cycles and although i am unsure about this I have to tell you that on my 3rd 4th and 5th cycle i added this multivitamin and it really helped my body maintain certain nutrients that was needed that i am sure I wasn't able to provide my body while on cycle.
3. OSTARINE OSTARINE OSTARINE!! -every since the explosion of good sarms like from sarms1.com and others, I have added ostarine to my pct and because of Ostarines healing abilities and ability to maintain gains while on pct it is another key component in avoiding test flu.
I used ostarine for four weeks during pct and i continued using ostarine for another 4 weeks afterwards. this was done on my 5th cycle and i have enjoyed the this sarm to its fullest.
4. make sure your support supplements are taken every time they are supposed to be taken. not only is this important for your liver health or general health, it seems (for me) the days where i missed taking my support supplements after i came off cycle test flu was wayyy more serious then times where i was very regimented with my support supplements.

I am just trying to give you guys my thoughts and what has worked for me.
