Both waxy maize and vitargo are pretty much the same thing.
If you are looking for a powdered carbohydrate source to use intra workout or post workout - What you want is glucose or a high molecular weight carbohydrate like waxy maize, vitargo, highly branched cyclic dextrin etc.
Any of those 4 are equally good options. They all have slightly different tastes and textures. It's very individual on which one each person likes best. I personally like vitargo the best. It causes absolutely no stomach bloat for me.
