hey everyone,

whats the type of h2o prefered?

distilled, purified, spring water, mountain spring, or tap water

whats the best type for you, purified has nothing in it, spring has flauride,sodium,and some other stuff?

whats the most popular around here?

some studies show the whole 'purified' water thing is crap
but I like the way it tastes so much better than tap water
any of the waters you listed will be fine.
this whole different type of water thing has just been a few years, water has been the same for millions of years
tap water just scares me but that may be my own personal demon

crystal light is a Kool aid like mix, but uses no sugar...tastes great, with nothing really bad

Unless it's changed since last I bought Crystal Light, it actually has calories, but so few it won't matter (like 5 cal per 12 oz or something like that, you burn that digesting/peeing the stuff out).

Very good stuff. Lemon is my favorite one. As for water give me plain tap. But then again the water in my area is really good. Now for making beer I like to use purified to prevent off tastes from chemicals.
