Hey guys, I was wondering if people tend to gain water weight after a carb up? I am on CKD, and before my carbup last week I was at 157lbs. 32hrs later I was at 161lbs. I am not sure why this was! I make sure I do cardio the day afyer my carbup. Does anybody else have this problem? During the next week,I feel like I am trying to lose the weight that I gained after my carb up
