a slin pin is just a nickname for a needle used for insulin injections, it looks like most syringes except it much smaller, you can find them at any online pharamcy that sells insulin, just do a search on "insulin online".

There are a few diffreent types. Most common is 29g 12mm or the shorter needle 31g 8mm. I would recommend the 12mm
