Hi
I haven't bothered to check so i'm sure this diet has been discussed many many times before, but...
just wanted to say i have been doing the warrior diet for almost two years. solidly. i mean to the letter (of Ori's book at least).
i know this will sound like Oprah but err. yes, it has totally changed my life and, more importantly, my body - within six months, i finally lost the weight which i had been carrying for the last 4 years, about 2 stone i should add...
When i started, nobody ie the general public, had heard of it. friends honestly thought i had gone mad. they soon changed their minds however.
I think it was recently that Warrior Diet 'broke' into mainstream awareness. The only problem is that i have been shocked at a number of articles which, as far as i can see, have really misrepresented the diet.
I just want to know - is anyone here doing 'Ori's version', and doing it seriously? Any tips, advice. Anyone tried it, and not happy etc. Feedback, positive or negative...
Cheers.
