Friendly word of advice, to all you parents out there. This is what happens to your children when you allow them to supplement the BULK of their diet with Hamburger Helper...it aint purty.

BTW...for those of you that cant tell...I'm the smaller weaker guy on the left(back when I had a hat). And that pseudo-smile is a result of one of the new cameras where you press the button and ten seconds later it takes the picture.

Also just wanted to use the pic as an excuse to congratulate B on earning his strongman card.

Funny...just last night someone asked me if I had lost weight...might as well have cut my heart out. Unfortunately he was right...weight is WAY down...but I'll get it back.

Well, you do look leaner since I last saw you, but much more muscular than I remember- and I don't remember your chest being so massive.

It's pretty much high everything. Noodles, meat, sauce...it's growing fuel.

I've been eating cheeseburger flavored hamburger helper, and I think it's starting to come out my ears.
