My stats are 5'5", 160 lbs, maybe 15% bf. I do quite a bit of cardio and lift pretty heavy weights with my husband. I'm thinking of trying some t3's and winny. I have 10 50mg bottles of winny and plan on drinking them, 1/2 every day for 2 days, then one day off. Will take 28 days to use up the 10 bottles. Along with this i will be taking t3's 50mg for the 28 days. I"m looking to loose as much body fat as possible and maintain my muscle.
Any one tried such a cycle, and what kind of sides should i be on the looking for?

i dont' mind your input at all, rather glad to have it. I was afraid the winny might be too much, that is why i was cycling it. I have also heard that it does not matter if drink or inject and why punch holes in if you don't have to. What are your suggestions?
 
I was told that drinking winny was better for women and less risky cause if it was fake and contained test instead, injecting it would cause havic in my system. No i came up with this cycle by myself, I dont' have that much fat on my body, I do eat well -thank you - so it is not diet, i'm trying to get cut down as much as possible.
 
Let's see, 5 weeks ago I was taking anavar, 4 weeks ago I changed my diet, nothing else, everything else stayed the same, oh, I complety cut my cardio also. I am now down 22 lbs, If you don't know my history, I bulked up from 123 to 150, now I am cutting with my new muscle down to probably 120. I have lost 22lbs in 4 weeks, the only thing that is doing it is the DIET, I was eating clean before, just eating 2 times my weight in protein, that was my main goal, but I thought I had a "clean" diet, yeah, right. It worked for what I wanted though. It is simply amazing, but I have learned so much over the past 4 weeks about diet. Your whole body revolves around it. it is THE #1 thing, if you are trying to gain weight, or lose weight, the only thing that is going to do it, is your diet, drugs will help to preserve the muscle you have while dieting, and drugs will protein sythensis during gaining, but without that diet, there is nothing. I took winstrol during my bulking cycle, I took 2 2mg tabs a day, thats 4mg a day total, never went above that, gained 27 lbs on it, If I could do it over, I would have first fixed my diet, because now I know, I heard stories and heard from people that have done it, but until I actually did it, I thought I knew, I didn't know jack squat. :)
 
Thanks BrickGirl, any chance you could send me your diet? I have finished bulk cycle with my husband and i have gained 20 lbs, mainly muscle! Without steroids, but now i need to cut and try to maintain the muscle. That is why i thought the winny and t3's would work well together. YOU sound like you have gone through what i'm going through right now... Your help is appreciated

BG - tell me how you delt w/the cravings while dieting....this is the first time Ive done a diet and as you said --- I just thought I was eating clean.....

If she wanted to still do the winny after all of this, injecting is going to make no difference over drinking it. I've dieted for a show only drinking winny. Granted I was dieting hard but now way in hell could my body have gotten to where it was w/o the winny and I did NOT inject it. And yes, I do agree she needs to make sure her diet is good bc that will make a huge difference. Lynn tell us what you're eating and maybe we can help.

I'll make two comments on the above diet.

Skip the protein shakes at the beginning and end and put in more chicken, fish or lean red meat. It will slow the absorption of the food, increase satiety, and reduce the insulin surge.

Add in vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) Low calorie, high bulk items that will help with hunger and food cravings.

I'd also rotate the carbs. Bump them up to around 120-130 on a higher day, and take them down to about 30-50 on a low day. Time these days around cardio and lifting as we have discussed in other threads.

Dealing with the cravings? I just do, I don't give into them, I just think about something else, or binge on some water, I have a goal, and a littel craving isn't going to get in the way of my goal. Regarding the cardio, I still have 2 more weeks before I add in any cardio at all, The person that is doing my diet I think is going to be changing it today, he wants me to come over so he can see what I am looking like right now, so that might change today, dunno. I will be sure to let you all know, Thanks for the suggestions W6, anything you say is so greatly appreciated, I will be sure to tell him what you said, but it just seems to be working so freaking awesome right now, I really don't want to change anything, but I'm sure it's about time to, 22lbs later, its probably about time :)

p.s. The chocolate designer protein shakes sure taste damn good W6, you taking my only enjoyment away from me? You wanna step outside! ;) :) but seriously, thanks :)
 
ok lets get over the drinking vs injecting thing with winny, i did both, no difference, goes in bottom line. The only thing with injecting is you cant stagger the dose throughout the day, which i recommend.

however, the dose is way to high to begin with girl, start out slooooooooooooow, loooooooooooooow doseage and watch for them nasty ass sides you can get from winny. Trust me on this, go slow and low dose. Then you can bring it up to an optimal dose for YOU if all goes well, you wont be able to just drop down the dose if the sides start popping up, it'll be too late babe.

so ill tell u what i did, i started out at 2.5 mg ed, yup i know its low, but i only took it up roughly 1 week to 2 weeks later to 5mg and so on. Eventually i ended up at 15 mg ed and didnt go any higher. I got great results too.

Another thing is i was trying to put on mass as well, wasnt looking to get cut up on winstrol.

As for the t3, you gotta work out the dosages on that, search for t3 on here and youll know what i mean about tapering that stuff...
 
I have done a couple of winny cycles : tabs only. Love it to death :) Winny puts on major mass= if you lift heavy. I went from 140# at 5'9, to my current 153pds. Make sure you watch the diet, and keep it clean and lean :) Most important. As I think we are all learning.........

Forget the T3.....do some clen with the winny or maybe just a eca stack.

Just one last word....winny doesnt cut on a women; but does a man. IMO it is a major building AS for women.

i agree major bulking on winny here too, went from lil less than 140 to 159, at 5 foot 6...

im going to harden up with some ox next

I was eating clean before, just eating 2 times my weight in protein, that was my main goal, but I thought I had a "clean" diet, yeah, right.

:confused: I'm confused by these comments.....what are the major misconceptions that you have had cleared up recently??

Thanks to all ofyou, I see now my diet is 'fairly' clean, but i'm eating too much. I only eat what I cook, except for my daily shakes (happens to be high in calories, weight gainer bc it tastes better). Do any of the rest of you have some diets you care to share. My biggest problem is trying to find things to eat without getting bored. Major cravings, and maybe tooo much coffee.(6cups).
 
I have just simply learned that food is EVERYTHING, I have no real cravings for anything, cause I know now its just shit that I am craving when I do, and if I want to be a big ball of shit, then I can eat it, so I don't eat it, it's that simple. :)
 
WHOO HOO! I actually am right on with the food thing - I do NOT eat anything unless I have prepared it myself (deli meat - no way)....tuna fish, boiled chicken, steamed broccoli, green beans, and cauliflower, cottage cheese, egg whites, wheat bread and oats and that's it....

I thought I didn't like fish - but I recently tried baked white fish at a resturant and loved it....

How do you all prepare fish??

I wanted to throw in a couple of suggestions - alot of the diets, etc that are posted on here are geared towards a particular goal or part of a phase (bulking / cutting) or for a competition where the goal is to look a certain way by a particular date. When doing so, the diet is extremely limited with the intent of counting calories, protein, carbs, fats. I worked w/ a holistic nutritionist this past summer and one of the things she did was put me on a short (1-2 weeks) "detox" diet. This included no protein shakes, actually fairly low protein levels, but the biggest part was use of fruits & vegetables - yea - I had to drag out my juicer (what a mess that is...) but what I got out of that little change in diet was a chance for my body to get "cleaned out" a little - cut back on the high protein that my body had been processing as a result of 8 months of competition dieting and also to add in all those things that are usually taboo -- fruit & vegies w/ higher sugar content (carrots, etc.) A very restrictive diet allows u to keep tabs on your diet content, but that also restricts many of the great enzymes & stuff that are available from fruits, etc.

My suggestion is to include in your dieting schedule the bulking & cutting stuff, but also a short break from it all to add in some of those things that are explicitly restricted from diet.

Also was gonna say a few egg yolks every now & then is a good thing. And for some people, it is better to stay away from wheat and gluten breads -- the bread option is then sprouted bread (E.g. Ezekial bread).

Oh yea -- fish -- paprika & lemon juice and cooked either on the grill or on the George Foreman. Tuna, tilapia, swordfish (I LOVE this stuff - but its not a "PC" fish to eat), salmon
