I like asking you for help, because you have helped me out so many times in the past, but anyone, please feel free to respond.
I really need some help putting a diet together for my cutting cycle. I'm simply working with winny and primo. I am doing weeks 1-8 with 50mg winny and weeks 1-12 with 400mg primo. This has always worked very well for me, but do you have any other suggestions for a cutting cycle?
I'm 6'1" 240lbs

Oops, yes, I was going to do 50mg ed. I have never used winny before, but I keep getting mixed signals. People are saying to do 50mg eod and others are saying 50mg ed.

OUCH! use the search first for women and winny. There's a shit load of info before you even consider doing it, please.

I am currently on 10 mg ed of winny, and started at 2.5. Start low and watch for sides....

Don't get BIT!!!! And if you dont know what i mean, dont do it!

triplev, yes, it has worked for me in the past. last year i was at 12% bf and dropped to 8% over the course of the 12wks

no triplev, i'm not a woman. i do like coming here to ask Warlobo questions though. I have been reading a lot of posts lately and I have found that there are a lot more well informed people on this board lately. I hope it is alright with you all that I am asking questions on your board.

I've read a lot about fina, but no, I've never tried it. I have never heard of tren. Will you tell me a little bit about them, or why I would want to use them?
Thank you for the info on the the winny and primo cycle. I just didn't know if that was the best way to go or not. I was also curious what you thought about the length of each. Is that about he length you would go with the winny and the primo?

Warlobo I have been finding out info on tren already.....
It sounds like that would be the best thing to take along side of winny. Could you email me some info on it and explain the conversion to me?
