if you really want to get big then in any training program you write up you must include BENCH PRESS,SQUATS AND DEADLIFTS. these are the basic exercises that are compound movements that include and work numerous muscles to properly complete the lift. in other words they make the whole body grow. most pro body builders started in power lifting. these movements build your frame and strengthen your structure so you can put on dence muscle. without these movements unless you are a genitic freak or on major gear you will not reach your potiential and get huge.
