Wanted to add that you can eat any meat, just trim the fat off. Obviously opt for less fatty meats but for a long time I went without pork thinking it was bad. then learned I was sacrificing for no reason. Basically any fish is fine too imo.
@beast - you're right, a test booster isn't what he needs.
