i already dieted down with below maintenace calories, now im on maintenance and still eat all good foods chicken, oatmeal salmon etc. i want to shed a few more pounds of fat but dont want to diet b/c it always hurts my strenght alot. What do u reccomend i do in concerns to cardio if i workout mon, tues, wed, fri, sat and do sprints on thurs
am cardio?, after workout cardio? also HIIT, just jogging, or low intensity, how long and how many days a week, anaything else u can suggest
