Come to think of it, in the Ronnie Coleman video "The Unbelievable" Ronnie does an hour of walking at night and then again in the mornging on the treadmill.
I walk on my treadmill at a medium to high incline and I sometimes throw some sprints in, too. I have to keep changing my program so I won't get bored and to keep progressing.
did you lose any fat? She has a few hour break during classes a couple times a week and shes going to add in the walking on the treadmill.....shes trying to lose some weight
