Don't laugh. What is the correct way to walk, with your feet pointing directly forward or out to the side a little. An old friend of mine is a chiropractor and he said that your feet should always point straight out. When you lay down they should point straight up and not go to the sides. He said that there is a muscle in the calves that control it, and you have to strengthen that muscle to correct it.
Does anyone actually walk like that? If so how did you strengthen that muscle?
