im not a female...but i will tell you this...it was the most horrible tasting thing i have ever put in my mouth....you have to take a big ole heaping spoonful and let it sit in your mouth for 30 seconds...nasty....it does give you one powerful energy boost within 15 mins.

A trainer gave it to me once before a leg work-out...I was grinding my teeth by the time I got through with lifting...I wasn't all about it. It was EXTREMELY powerful stuff...but I am also a very petite female. If you are really going to try it...I would definitely start out with a very small dosage and see how your body reacts to it.
I did it for 2 months two weeks on two weeks off. The weight loss was decent about one pound per week but my diet was clean as well. The thing I like best is the the change in body composition it really seemed to eat away at my mid section fat. I am going to be doing it again with my 12 week cycle of Var. I thought it taste like total ass the first time I choked it down but now I am used to it.
