I am using vitargo in my pwo shake to due the speed your body absorbs it.
My question is during the day, if I want to increase my carb in take should I use vitargo or oats with casein?
Vitargo is suger free but its absorption is very fast or oats which is low absorption.
I'm I correct that I should be using oats instead of vitargo due to the slow absorption?
