So... which vitamins are especially essential to working out? I am currently taking zinc, multi, and potassium. Could everyone list out what and how much they take? If its' an obscure vitamin... list its function plz
For the most part consistent with all of it. Since adding Isopure I don't take the calcium or the multi vitamin-mineral as much since it has 50% of recommended daily allowance for vitamins and minerals already for 1 serving.
750mg sus/week
50mg proviron ed
2mg liquidex eod
2 dymetadrine extreme and 2 md-6 (2 doses)
10-15 grams glutamine ed split in 2-3 doses
1 multi vitamin-mineral supplement ed split in 2 doses
1000mg vitamin c ed split in 2 doses
400mg vitamin e ed one dose
100% calcium supplement one dose
2 magnesium/calcium supplement split in 2 doses
2 cups of tea (green tea high anti-oxidant and high fat burning)
Isopure protein

good call.. but when i'm low on carbs, it's hard to get in some of the fruit based vitamins. Do vitamins E or C enhance any aspects of building muscle/cutting fat>?

Both are potent anti-oxidants(free radical scavengers) but vitamin C specifically has been shown to be useful in bodybuilding not limited to that. It also has anti-cortisol effects which helps put the body in an anti-catabolic state.(Important muscle-wise) Meaning it helps to prevent the breakdown of muscle tissue during times of stress. Extra vitamin C also has dieuretic effects helping the body to be rid of excess water retension which gives better appearance to muscles.
