Can you rely on pills (multi vitamins) for your daily vitamins ?
Don't you think natyral vitamins, found in fruit for ex., are way better for you than synthetic vitamins ?
I'm not talking about quantity but quality
(ie vitamine E : synthetic (dl -alpha-tocopherol) is not as "efficient" as natural (d -alpha-tocopherol))
