Vitamins before bed ?

While some vitamins could be better to take closed to bed time I don't think it's still going to matter that much. I usually take my multivitamin in the morning/mid-day and other vitamins like magnesium for instance in the evening.
 
it would appear this makes perfect sense but the truth is you actually will over the long term leech your body of them doing it that way

at night your goal is rest, repair and recovery. this means going to sleep without taking anything except some plain water is going to be your best option. your body will do the rest if you let it.
 
you can take them whenever
