Vitamin D3 help skin?

you don't need to supplement with it and i feel like it is almost a waste to even try

if you live in a part of the world that doesn't get much sun find an infrared sauna near you and use that once every 2 weeks

If you're worried just go tan.

All depends wher you live and if you have enough skin exposure. Not sure if taking it will give you better skin clarity. That starts with diet, hormones and gut health will determine skin clarity!

Assuming you don't live too close to the earth's pes, just try and get more sun.
