Vitamin A for acne

Enock

New member
We probably all heard of b-5 reducing oil and thus helping to control acne.

For the first time today I heard of doing the same thing using vitamin A. I'm not sure why I didn't find out about this sooner, being that I already knew some acne meds were made w/ vitamin A derivitive. Today I learned that Accutane is also a derivitive of vitamin A. Quite a few people are having great success w/ using vitamin A, and have fallen into the belief that Accutane isn't much different than megadosed vit. A. Vitamin A couldn't be pattened of course so no profits there.

Of course at the same time you also need to think if its soo good why havn't we heard of it sooner.(or mabe u have and I'm a clueless nut) None the less, Vitamin A is dirt cheap. Might as well take a go at it.

The doc will put you on a low grade antibiotic, i believe it is acromyicin not a 100% sure and every thing will clear up. you might even be able to but the stuff dirt cheap over one of these no scrip web sites.
(i seen you had a earlier post about the derm)
