I'M GOING MOSTLY BY THE INTERVIEWS OF HIM THAT I HAVE SEEN. THE GUY WAS AN IDIOT. END OF STORY.

KAYNE.. I am not sure if you read the other thread or the start of this thread. But I spent 4 years going over this case. It was the biggest part of my life from 1994-1997. I have copies of all the search warrants (filed 3 days after the attack) I have spoken with FBI agents to hear their story. (my Dad's sister is an agent who was at the stand off for 22 days. same with her husband)

Now, think.. if you were the government, and you wanted all of the people to believe somthing diffrent than the facts, how would you do it? Easy, everyone hates molesters.. so call him a molester. Then use the media to broadcast the lies, so everyone forms a solid opinion without really checking into it.

BWOOD, I understand you are prior law enforcement. So let me put it to you like this.....the Davidians had numerous Constitutional rights violated; they were attacked by federal agents of a government that despised these people for being dissidents. Furthermore, you keep discussing how the Davidians were armed to the teeth. Why is that a problem? Why is it that only federal agents, under the supervision of federal agencies and institutions, are allowed to possess high-powered weaponry? The federal government has done everything in it's power to destroy the 2nd amendment, especially with automatic and semi-automatic weapons being banned. The federal government is now telling the populace that they can only have small arms for their own personal protection.....however, the US Constitution allowed for the formation of Militias. And you can't have militias where their members are only allowed to carry handguns. They need automatic weapons, grenades, etc. The US Constitution not only protected the INDIVIDUAL CITIZEN'S 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHT to bear arms, but also protected the right for people to form militias. The federal government has purposely and methodically destroyed the possibility of any resistance from the people by destroying the possibility of any STRONG militias forming that could truly keep the federal government "in check", or overthrow the federal government if need be. The citizens of the US have no way of overthrowing the government if it became truly necessary, and the US Constitution DID PROTECT the rights of US Citizens to overthrow the government if it became so inept and corrupt that it ceased to function in a positive manner for the people. So, the people have no real power or voice left. They cannot physically rise up against the federal government, and they cannot verbally rise up against the government, for their votes are meaningless in the corporate-owned, special interest controlled, 2 party system of government we now have. THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT MUST BE OVERTHROWN, WITH A LIBERTARIAN STYLE OF GOVERNMENT INSTITUTED, AS PER THE IDEALS AND WRITINGS OF THE FRAMER OF THE US CONSTITUTION, PRESIDENT THOMAS JEFFERSON!!!
