[FONT="]Interested to hear from anyone using venison as a main red meat protein source in their diets. Waitrose sell 2 x venison grills (220g) (nutrition value 49g protein, 0g carbs, 3g fats). For me seems far superior over other red meat sources BUT am i missing something? I suspect iron content would be greater than beef as well - a lot richer meat...???[/FONT]
