I've got a few hundred Vencipon N tabs. They seem to contain:
10mg Ephedrinehydrocloride
1,5 mg phenolphtalein

i want to use these for cutting some fat. i want to see my abs. the label says to tabs a day for weight reduction, but what should i take? i'm thinking ECA but then again theres the phenolphtalein in them.

Have anyone heard of these Vencipon N tabs, or do anyone know what phenolphtalein is and what dosages are good?

Be extremely careful with that stuff. Phenolpthalein (a laxative) causes chromosomal damage and may be carcinogenic.

wow, i didnt realize it was that bad, do you know where i can get more info on phenolphtalein? i did a search here, but got no results...

I studied this compound in college and knew it was a laxative then. I wasn't aware myself of the risks until I saw the link above. I believe the stuff is the same thing based on the description. There are no absolutes, but it's still classified as a IIb carcinogen.

tnx for the link bro, now i just wonder if i should discontinue taking these pills. the only source of ephedra i've got has also got phenolphtalein in them. and i've got some lbs of fat to loose...
