Okay so I hit legs hard as shit every time
I do lunges, hack squats, regular squats, Dumbbell lunges, leg extensions, reverse leg extensions, weighted stair steps, and leg press, my vastus lateralis is huge, my vastus medialis is big, but I have no vastus intermedius any opinions or help would be great lol

My medialis is huge and my intermedialis is big from front squats.. but I'm lagging big time on lateralis.. what you do for get that man?

heavy box squats with explosive ups, deadlifts, and light high rep leg extensions is what has worked well for me
