Okay so I hit legs hard as shit every time
I do lunges, hack squats, regular squats, Dumbbell lunges, leg extensions, reverse leg extensions, weighted stair steps, and leg press, my vastus lateralis is huge, my vastus medialis is big, but I have no vastus intermedius any opinions or help would be great lol
